    well well
    there are some inconsistencies there, Ultima Underworld was way more advance than the DOOM engine and was released before DOOM.
    Also Ultima Underworld was developed by Looking Glass Studios, not by Origin.

    And where is the state-of-the-art “dark engine” used for Thief? Dark Engine had the most amazing sound design.

    Except that, its an OK article, but could have been a lot better!
